1 week/weekend:

Tech week begins Monday at 6 AM prior to your Event Date. Clients receive free use of the Rehearsal Hall if they book the weekly rates for shows. Your requested days/times for use of the RH should be included on your Event Application and cleared with the Management.
2 weeks:
$1400
There is a $200 discount per week for booking 2 or more consecutive weeks with the same Client

1-Day Theater Rental (or any portion therein):

Technical Support and Operations Fee:
There is a $50 Set Up fee for Lights and/or Sound for your Event (unless you bring your own lights or sound equipment and supply all tech personnel.) If you choose to have a member of your organization run the sound/lights, they must be present during Set Up to be trained on our equipment. If a CAC-HD Staff member is requested to operate the sound/lights, there will be a $50/weekend fee.

All Client-Produced mainstage shows require proof of Liability Insurance ***
Rental Fees for CAC-HD Rehearsal Hall or Lobby Use:
$25/hour for classes, workshops, single-source events/seminars, or private gatherings (Book Clubs, meetings, exhibits et al.)

***CAC-HD will require an insurance rider for all Client-Produced events. All insurance riders should include CAC-HD as a secondary policyholder. (Primary liability will be covered by the CAC-HD insurance only if the Client has secured prior permission for the event to be Produced by the CAC-HD, and could potentially include non-mainstage bookings like classes, exhibits, seminars, and other one-day events.) CAC-HD will hold the Client responsible for the selling of all tickets. You may have a representative from your organization sell tickets at the door in the Box Office on the night(s) of your event, but you must provide all cash and equipment for ticket sales. The Box office is open ONE hour prior to show time and the doors to the theater open 30 minutes to show time. Your organization should provide Ushers to take tickets and/or hand out programs. Event promotions/publicity is also the sole responsibility of the Client. If the event is open for public consumption, and serves the community at large (classes, concerts, seminars, et al), we will put your event on our Community Calendar on our website, and add it to your boosting of events on Social Media. Please note that most of our Clients have a target audience and following. CAC-HD is there to help facilitate community-minded exposure to your event, but cannot guarantee the success of your event, or for filling the seats with an automatic audience base.
Hours of Operation for all CAC-HD Events are: 8 AM to 11 PM (the facility must be vacated and the gates locked by 11 PM.)
